We recently went under contract with Paul and Telsa for a home we were renovating and thinking of renting.
I reached out a bit before finishing the home to get an idea of how to go about this and this company basically supercharged the process and left us very impressed. They came, inspected the house, did their research, gave us a good idea about what it could rent for, then offered to help with some of the remaining items we had for very fair prices and found a tenant. All in record time.
The first call I'm seeing on my phone to them was on June 23rd and we had well qualified tenants moving in by the end of July.
In this short time, they helped us paint the kitchen cabinets, finish the deck, installed A/C vents we were needing changed, fixed and inspected all the doors to make sure they would close correctly, installed the backsplash in the bathroom vanity, got a pest company to do a preventative in the attic and crawl space, installed fire extinguishers, advised us on smoke and fire alarms and more...
Communication has been excellent, and they've provided all the documentation we've needed when asked.
The company is the whole package and we are extremely happy.

Paul and his team made my life stress free ..they did all the small touch up, lock change, installed TVs, for a good price, and he also got me a cheap yard help. The whole make ready process was done in no time.I was also glad to get my property rented at the desired price and faster than I expected.
